The ghost of a street bum is repeatedly perceived staring down into the water at Camano Head before dawn. Several of the people who live here claim this ghost is that of a person who existed here in Langley before the present. The ghost of an elderly witch is rumored to have been witnessed on a few instances resting in an armchair in a mobile home in the neighborhood of Langley.
