Oak Harbor, Washington Ghost Tales

I used to live in a house on Glencoe Ave about 4 years ago with a roommate.  The house was an old 1920's one level building with a garage turned into a bedroom.  There were numerous experiences we had, but to name a few that stuck out; 1.  One night I was in my room on the computer, when all the sudden I heard something just shoot out of the wall, then I looked and saw the top right tack missing, then a minute later, with my own eyes I saw the top left tack shoot right out of the wall towards the other wall, and the poster still was stuck on the wall held on by the two bottom tacks and did not fold over.  2.  There would be voices of an elderly female any time during the day or night, loud enough to hear, but could not be understood what she was saying.  3.  When I was at work, my roommate would tell me that he smelt the aroma of perfume coming from the laundry room that was between the kitchen and my bedroom. 4.  And finally at night into the early morning hours you could hear footsteps, knocks on walls, and items in the kitchen falling onto
the floor (note: we had no pets and no rodent issues).  It is to my personal belief that this apparition or apparitions that are in that house loved that area in the house and does not want to leave.  It never did any harm to us or any of our friends or family that may have visited. .

My sister lived in a small 100yrld house there behind the Best Western for a few years ''Maylor point house?'' (It was moved to the location in Oak Harbor that it is at now). Lots of strange things happened to her, her family and others who stayed at the house during the time she was living there.
I am curious if there is a way to look up and/or see if others have had odd things happen constantly there (in the same house or the area in general) I know there was a house next to hers that had been burnt to its foundation as well. ''She never felt threatened by the ghost(s) even though they/it made itself known in subtle ways.'' Freezing cold spots/Her getting angry about all the lights being on and having all the lights suddenly ''pop pop pop pop'' light bulbs bursting out just as she got up to turn things off (twice- both times others in room with her)/figure at window that several have seen holding curtains open ''always same window'' but no one home when enter. Turns out after talking to her now teen
son that the reason the lights would always be on is that when he was younger and living there he felt like he was being followed so would turn lights on as he went to ''keep the ghost'' away (he as well told me of seeing a glowing hovering light in the stairwell that vanished as he came down/ toilet flushing behind him and no one there and feeling as if someone was sitting next to him on the sofa.) .
