One night I stopped at skagit valley college to see my mother who works there. I went into the old section of the school where the admin offices are located. I walked down to the office my mother works in but the security guard informed me that she was running some errands in another part of the school. I left her a note and started down the main hall to the back parking lot and as I walked I could hear footsteps behind me, I stop to see of it was my mom but when I looked there was no one there. I started walking again and again I could hear footsteps I turned again but this time the footsteps kept

coming as I stood there whatever it was passed right by me. As I stood there the sound of the footsteps passed right next to me and continued down the hall towards the door that I was heading to. I started

to follow the steps and when I rounded the corner to where the automatic door is for wheel chair access, I saw the outline of what appeared to be a u.s. navy officer disapear thru the glass door. It seems that portion of the college used to be a navy hospital years ago, I have been there a few other times at night and on another night I have heard the footsteps again but that time I did not see anything. All in all it was very bizare.

I had an ''experience'' in an Oak Harbor flat, located above an old store downtown, where, in quick succession, the following happened.....

1) My cat stood up and screetched with hair on end while looking at the stereo, which was on and playing low. 2) Two ashtrays shattered where they sat, and 3) The stereo turned up to full volume!. Several
weeks later my neighbors, whom I had never spoken to before, approached ME and asked if weird things happened and recounted incidents which occured in their appartment as well. I moved out shortly thereafter
but am extremely curious as to anyone else seeing or experiencing anything there. PS It is close to the old theater.

Ive seen a teenage boy wandering around in my house, and
then standing in a corner staring at me. also iv'e seen him outside on the street staring at my window late at night.

seen in local businesses late at night walking around.

Daylight in Oak Harbor, Washington is precisely identical to daylight anywhere else in the US, but this municipality
is run by the living dead after the light of day has ended. Things happen in this place that cannot be rationally explained. Several locals assert these tales are not true, but not a hundred percent of
the locals of Oak Harbor are alive.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The ghost of a young-looking Indian warrior may every so often
be noticed wandering from residence to residence at night on an Oak Harbor road. Some of those who live here say this ghost is the ghost of a traveler that was murdered while journeying through Oak Harbor
many years ago.
The spirit of a tough lumberjack holding a sizeable axe is frequently witnessed laundering a blood-splattered jacket in Eerkes Spring late in the night.
A chilling skeleton
has been witnessed on numerous occasions stopping by Blowers Bluff at the stroke of midnight.
