Selah, Washington Ghost Tales I have seen the ghost of a young boy running through the hallways of my house in to the kitchen in the reflection of my windows. When I go to check no one is there. My mother and I have also heard the boy outside my bedroom door and standing beside her bed. The boy appears to be African-American and dressed in very old fashioned style clothing. Submitted by Katie During the daytime Selah, Washington is your average US town, but this town belongs to undead ghosts of long ago. Things go down in this town that cannot be given an explanation. Skeptics don't believe in the local spirit stories, but a stay in Selah, Washington will make anyone believe. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a young lady sporting a bloody dress has supposedly been distinguished on many instances looking over Iowa Flat in the early morning hours. Whichever way, it is certainly a scary ghost that any reasonable person would not want to meet. The ghost of an 11 foot high       colossal giant can often be witnessed tossing pebbles in Carlon Park before dawn. The spirit of a young girl may be noticed often giving a directed trip of Lookout Point to a collection of ghosts late at night. A character with a skeleton face in shadowy robes is occasionally observed in Buckskin Slough burning a book. People here argue   that this ghost is the ghost of a traveler that was killed while journeying through Selah before the present. A drifting ghost is known to have been witnessed on a handful of instances in Cowiche Canyon at night gulping blood from a container. A local man alleges that this spirit likes terrifying folks who are bold enough to upset the quiet in Selah. In any case, this ghost sure is scary; one that should be left alone. The ghost of an airplane pilot can occasionally be distinguished trying to locate a shoe on the shore of Berglund Lake. One of the residents confidently declares that this ghost enjoys terrifying unwise folks who come trying to find ghosts in Selah. The phantom of a sturdy lumberjack gripping a big axe was distinguished picking flowers in the back yard of an apartment in Selah. Shocked by the watchers the phantom departed into the shadows. Some of the locals say this ghost may be the soul of a local person who died here in Selah long ago. A chilling skeleton came into sight by a lady camping at a campground right next door to Selah. This precise ghost has been seen repeatedly in this place.
