A friendly ghost has been seen several times in the old bank building, during the remodel to a John l. Scott office, the entity, threww a purse across the room and opened a wallet and threw out all of the contents in  all directions, it also touched the should of a woman painting and has been heard in the basement.  the old safes are still in the basement, and the owner unlocks it when he is in the basement, he is the only one with the combination, when he returns o the basement, the safe is always closed and locked again.  when a ghost hunter came to take a look the safe would not unlock, after 10 attempts the owner stopped trying, then the next morning the safe opened in the absence of the goast hunter,,,,,,,,,.
