A local claims that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while passing through South Bend in the past.

  materialized going nuts in Bruceport Park late at night. The ghost did not care that there was somebody other nearby. In any event, it's without a doubt a creepy phantom that should be shunned.

The phantom of a man holding a blood-splattered sword was witnessed at Beaver Creek at the stroke of midnight tossing stones into the current. When the witness emerged the ghost ran off. One of the locals strongly claims that this ghost takes pleasure in terrifying foolhardy folks who are courageous enough to upset the tranquility in South Bend.
