Like someone was holding them no wind nothing they just stayed there almost looking at me I looked at them for a while got out of bed and snatched them up open my bedroom window and let them go!! I Shook it off and went bad to bed feel asleep and hoped when I woke up     no balloons would be in my house or at the door outside. I hate balloons now.
