Tenino, Washington Ghost Tales | |
|
|
When I was 3, we lived in a house with a basement that had two doors going out to the back yard. My brothers and sisters and I all had experiences. Clear as though it were yesterday, I remember the figure of lady (transparent and not completely clear) trying to lure me into my parents bedroom. Unable to understand what I was seeing I freaked out on my babysittter. She thought I just didn't want to go to bed. I remember the entity was bad, though and she terrified me. One night, we were home alone (our parents were out with my aunt and uncle) and we all heard a noise in the basement. When we went down (all of the kids and cousins), we heard the ping pong balls bouncing all over the place. By the time we got down there, the balls were all over the floor but not moving. The back door was open. Our final night in the house, one sister experienced all the clothes in her closet slide to one side; the other sister had all of her toys stack up in a corner; an older brother heard the dryer turn on with 3 ping pong balls put it in. The next day we

but seeing is believing and if you stay for the night here in Tenino, you may very well spot a phantom.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The ghost of a gentleman in a soldier's uniform can regularly be perceived yelling names by Oregon Trail Monument.
A female with an axe sticking out of her head has occasionally been seen dispatching a parcel at a Tenino post office. Folks here claim that this phantom is in all probability the tormented phantom of a person who used to live here in Tenino. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a frightening ghost that you wouldn't want to come across at the stroke of midnight.
The ghost of a female with a plastic bag strapped around her head is occasionally noticed up on Blumaer Hill gazing furiously at the viewer. Either way, it sure is a menacing ghost that any normal person would not want to run into.
A somewhat transparent guy outfitted as the skipper of a fishing boat has allegedly been seen on numerous occasions hovering across Frost Prairie very late at night. In any case, this ghost sure is bloodcurdling; one that you shouldn't go looking for.
