I hear from someone who have relatives from native americans that supposely in Wapato the devil use to walk. The Only thing I'm really sure is that night that person who was running was not any of the neighbors because when they saw that Black shadow they closed their doors and turn off their lights from theirs houses that's when     I notice it was not human.
