The creepy spirit of a Barbarian has repeatedly been noticed gazing down into the water at Armstrong Bay late       in the night. People say that this phantom is the struggling spirit of a former Westport local. A menacing skeleton is repeatedly witnessed in Grayland Access State Park late in the night covering a cadaver by a big rock. No matter what folks articulate, it without a doubt is a bloodcurdling ghost that is preferably not messed with. A   fluorescent human shape has supposedly been spotted on several occasions in Sand Island Shoal before sunrise twinkling a lamp. Either way, this is a horrible spirit that you don't want to run into in the early morning hours.
