I am still not sure. What I am sure of is that when we both fought the brake we got the handle down and managed to pull away from the building, I looked back and clearly saw the shape of a man watching us - no features or colors, just the shape of a man. When the building was no longer in the rear view mirror I asked my sister what she saw. And all she could and would say was ''it was a shadow. There was a shadow behind you, and we had to leave.

It was a shadow. '' Neither of us has been back to that office. I do not even look at it as I pass. Submitted by Anonymous

I was riding past an old country church near Pembroke Road; I'm not sure of the name, but it was across from a Russian church. It was a rainy June evening around 8 p.m., and there was a soldier on a horse in the bottom field (the right of the church). He was dressed in revolutionary what garb, like an English officer. He was sitting on a horse next to a volleyball net. I thought it was an actor in a skit for July 4th. I slowed down, opened the window, and yelled ''hello, mate''. He immediately drew his sword and began to ride quickly towards me. I stepped on the gas and saw through my rear view mirror as he and the horse rode through the wall into the church. I was freaked out and have never gone near that haunted church again. I don't dare go near it. Submitted by Edmund

I am sure I saw the ghost of a young tall thin man running down the hwy (I think I84 going through Danbury CT if I remember correctly --where the road had a high cement wall at a cut through. This split second vision took place maybe 20 years ago on a regular annual trip between VA and my cousin's in NH.
