City Hall Union Street approximately 8:30 pm boy walking fast alone down Union St. At the cross walk by city hall was a small girl standing by the edge of the sidewalk. She looked to be about maybe 3-4 years old she had on a light blue dress. Standing behind you about 10 15 feet away was a man with white hair and a white shirt.
I stopped the car waiting for the child to cross or the man to grab her. They just stood there lifeless. I drove away freaked

out.

I used to live at Thames River place.... Creepy place. Over two years crazy stuff happened... From hearing girls screaming help me outside for hours without seeing a soul. Seeing spirit hanging from the tree in the back....
There's also Native American artifacts and home things .... I will never forget the time I heard my name being called close by then faint with no one in sight... At night I would also feel tugging at my feet or my blanket being pulled....
Smh very eerie my sisters have similar experiences as well...
