I was hanging out with my friend at a lake spot in Sandy Hook right off of Lake Zoar in the riverside area. I looked up from where the car was when I heard a jingle of keys, and I saw a shadow of a man in the woods to the left of me. I got the creepiest feeling and goose bumps all over me, and we drove off immediately.

I saw a ghost here once when I was a kid. It was a guy with a duffel bag standing on the street. I looked again and he was gone.
