While driving on Whirlwind Road the area with the fence at dusk there was a girl completely soaked in water wearing a white dress. I turned for a moment only to notice she disappeared. I guess there's a story behind this that she was left at the alter on her wedding day and drowned herself in Mackenzie Reservoir, and ever since then it's been haunted. Cops have seen her before and asks if she needs rides, but she would be gone when they turned their back.

Comment by Kevin: I just got done with work at 10 p.m. I live down the street from the Mackenzie Reservoir. I was dying to cast a couple of lines out fishing before bed because I didn't have time from working a heavy day. Right as I finished tying my lure on not three casts in, I heard a girl scream bloody murder not far off to my left, and I had been there for a good twenty minutes getting my pole ready in the dark. Needless to say, I booked it the hell out of there and have had goose bumps for the past half hour.

While I was at Westside Park in Wallingford CT I saw a strange black figure but it was late at night and I thought it was just my eye playing tricks. The next night I figured out I was wrong because the same figure was still there but instead it was moving. Maybe it was the wind blowing a branch but I guess I should figure it out...
