Professional cleaners have excellent opportunities to observe ghosts. They are often alone in buildings late at night when the hustle and bustle of everyday activities have died down. Sights and sounds that aren't obvious during the day becomne quite commonplace in the quiet evening hours.
If you want to hear some pretty wild ghost stories-ask the workers of cleaning companies. I worked overnight for a while fore a cleaning company. Early on aia became aware of how many sounds one can hear in so-called quiet empty buildings.

These noises ranged from the wind whistling around the buildings facade to knocking pipes to various workings of office eqipment. And while you are going about your work you may catch more than you care to admit----movements out of the corners of your eyes.

This became so commonplace to me after a time that I found myself actually anticipating them. The Wallingford parks and recreation department is a very busy place during business hours. But when the workers lock the doors and leave for the night the building is anything but vacant.
I was treated to a sighting one evening while going about my work. I have been a paranormal investigator since I was 9 years old and saw my first ghost. I took cleaning jobs for the opportunity to wander around empty buildings in the late night hours and I've not been disappointed.
I was vacuuming and had bent down to adjust the setting on the vacuumm. As I straightened up I saw what appeared to be a human figure about 3 feet in front of me. It moved along the hallway so quickly that it blurred.
