I've been on the phone with my neighbor and she has heard her cry. Recently I've been having unusual dreams that may explain the past and history of this apartment. In October you can see a man running through the front part of the buildings.
Nobody wants to go outside because they're afraid of him. I personally love ghosts and wish I could be a paranormal investigator. Please help me out.
