My point is that in each apartment that I've visited there was always unexplained goings on, unexplained chills and voices. That part of the city is very old so it's probably got a lot of history that we don't know about.
Plus where it's an area of the city where there are people living there with psychological issues such as drug addiction and mental illness, most of which ware on welfare or disability. We think that the people living on that street are stirring

up vibes that the ghosts are feeding on or bothered by.
We no longer go to that part of the city and this was a while back, but we remember hearing
|
several ghost stories. At first we just thought that some of the people telling us stories were either crazy or high on drugs until we started experiencing things.
For example my friend Dee was sitting on a friends couch and the door to the apartment kept opening by itself even when it was locked. Or the lights would turn on and off. Also we saw a strange greenish mist float up the street one evening headed toward what they call The Stand Pipe.
