I live in Bath, Maine. We have one grocery store. While working in the refrigerator, I was probably 2 or 3 feet away. Then the milk sitting on the pallet across from me fell over on the floor for no reason. No one was in the refrigerator but me. My dad worked there as well, so I went to see him in the meat department.
When we were talking a lunchable was on a hook hanging, and there was no one over there, and it fell off the hook out of the refrigerator

and on to the floor. It was a good distance from the refrigerator casing.
When I break down boxes I have heard someone by the baler machine like

they are next to me. You can feel them standing, and you can hear them humming. I'm not sure what was on the grounds before Shaws was or if anyone died there, but there is indeed a spirit in the grocery store.

We got a movie from the library here in Bath. Myself, my wife Mariah, and her 14-year-old brother, as well as the black cat Opra were watching the movie when the TV screen got all fuzzy, and a strange looking man appeared and yelled ''get out!!!'' It lasted a few seconds, and my wife rewound the tape five times, but it was gone. We stayed. We also hear music when nothing is on, and her mother (not well liked by me) when she used to stay, she heard voices and was scared to stay here.
