Lived in the Heywood House as a child (on Main St).... Still have bad memories from the basement. Not sure what happened there but yikes! The top floor was a little creepy - but more of a pleasant energy vibe. Never felt alone even though I was often. Submitted by Laura

My brother went on a trip with some family members of mine when he was about 2 and a half, he is now 4. My aunt took my brother to Fort Knox. He had a good time but when he came home he told me and our mom that while walking through two step alleys he saw a man in a uniform who addressed him as Sir Thomas.
|
Now my brother did not start talking very much until this point. My mom went and found out that in the time period my brother described the guy in the uniform wearing they called each other by the middle name.
|
This was strange because Thomas is my brothers middle name. This was too described for a 2 year old to make up. Everything he told us fit to a tee as to what the soldiers wore back then. I couldn't believe it, now I listen carefully to what my brother says he sees. Submitted by Jen

My family and myself lived in a rental house second and third floor on main st right beside the cemetery with jonathan Bucks Tombstone. This was in the late 70's early 80s. So many weird things happened in that house to my whole family.
