Not a ghost sighting but strange happenings in the town office. Our calculators will occasionally run by themselves; a fax machine in the voting room rings for no reason and we joke it is the past deceased clerk trying to call us.
There are slabs of rock that were used as steps for the old town office that burned in 1995 and sometimes there is a dark red liquid that appears and we call it the bloody steps.

You really should look into getting a priest to come bless some of the buildings. Some of what you mentioned sounds serious.
