You can see a real ghost under the bridge. Just go there and throw a rock into the middle of the river as hard as you can and scream out ''AAAARGH!'' as loud and as aggressively as you can. If you did it well enough the rock you just threw in will fly out of the river towards you.
Be ready for it coming so you don't get hurt. There are different versions of why this is happening and I don't know which one is true but obviously the ghost is real.
