When I was a young boy of about four my family and I moved into a house in Hallowell, ME. It was an old house built in the 1800s on Winthrop Street, but it was nice. It had lots of room, big yard, and fields out back to explore in. Over time it became a home, but what we didn't know at the time was we weren't alone in the house. I awoke one morning as I always did thinking about going outside and playing in the field, and that was when I saw her. She

was a young lady in my perspective now at 56 years old. Of course anyone over the age of twenty at my age then was old. I would say she was in her 20s or 30s. She had long dark hair to her shoulder blades, gray dress floor length with lace around the cuffs. She was moving slowly, not really walking but moving. She turned her head and looked my way. Now at that age I thought she was looking at me, but in hindsight she may have been looking past me.
