Comment by Hillary: Hello I am looking at a home to buy in Kittery. It is the S. F. house. We are both concerned that because it is so old it may be haunted. Came across this post and wanted to ask you if this is the house you are talking about?.
Comment by Spencer: I live on the same road, and 2 families have lived there since you. No ghosts there now that we have heard of. Spooky!.
Comment by Ray: Is this the house on the corner of Bartlett and Haley? That house stood empty for years during the seventies. My mom and her family lived on Bartlett Rd. during the thirties and onward... She said that the farm was abandoned as they could get anything to grow in the swampy ground below and down hill from the back of the house.
As kids we always felt that place was haunted.
