I'm currently restoring a 1799 house that I own on S. Lubec Rd. We have experienced several unusual things from voices talking and laughing to dark shadows moving in various rooms of the house and in the surrounding yard. Also items being moved from one place to another occasionally.

Comment by Karen: My husband and I rented an old white Victorian on S. Lubec Road and had several strange things occur. There is a cottage in the back which was built over a cemetery there. Only one gravestone remained. The second floor especially seemed to be the center of activity.
