I never said anything to my family but when my daughter looked at them she too noticed them. I am a believer but this is my first encounter ever!.

My grandparents lived in a large house that was once the summer hospital for Old Orchard Beach and then became a hotel. My family and I experienced a very menacing presence in the attic. ''he'' would throw things at you and chase you down the steep stairs.

Also in one of the 5 bedrooms an old man would appear on the TV screen and in another bedroom a lovely 30ish woman would be seen looking back at you from the dresser mirror. When my grandfather died his ghost could be seen in the upstairs bathroom (which he never used) the kitchen (he cooked for and ran the hotel) and the cellar.

My grandmother sold the house after my grandfather died and several of the renters that lived there never stayed long because of the ghosts there.
