My husband and I had walked down to crescent beach one night it was real foggy. We were standing on the rocks looking out at the water and it was about half tide.. And around midnight. I walked on down to the water and my husband stayed on the rocks.
I saw this white row boat floating in on the surf. I waded in about knee deep and got ready to grab the bow of the boat so I could pull in up on the dry sand and it disappeared. I hollered to my husband

if he saw the boat but unfortunately he did not.
