Me and 3 of my friends were walking up a local snowmobile and four-wheling trail and we stopped by the river and my other friend was talking about some abnomalties around there and all of us there saw this water spirit and she came near us.
All of us freaked out and ran. It was a female around the age of 17. She spoke her name it was 'cecelia'.
