A few years ago at 2x Nason Street I had the sheets pulled off me and then heard laughter while no one was in my apartment.

Used to own a white 2 family on River St. We would experience doors opening by themselves, radio volume increasing, and I would feel hands on me in bed, or someone sitting, or a cat jumping on the bed. I was told a woman died giving birth in that house ( house is from late 1800s) and also it's right near the cemetery.

West Elm Street Sanford I sold this house 5 years ago and have a video from pine tree paranormal March 2010 the voice we heard was in the basement. The paranormal crew also had problems with camera battery going dead and other device problems.
I was told of many stories from the ballroom lights being turned on when no one was around doors opening when tenant was sleeping smoke being blown in her face while asleep . Also heard two women talking in dining room when there were no lady's in the house.
