We were overnight parking in Hay Conservation Park off Route 34 near Waldoboro in our rooftop tent. Right after my partner had fallen asleep, I was still awake. I head footsteps seeming out of nowhere approaching the vehicle. The sound was light enough to be an animal but with a distinctly two foot gait. It paced around the car periodically stopping and taking a few steps at a time as if whatever it was knew they were being listened to. I popped my head

outside the tent because it became alarming that something was circling the car. There were no footsteps nor traces of a person where around.

in the day my partner told me he awoke early in the morning to footsteps that seemed to appear out of nowhere. They paced the car periodically stopping then suddenly disappeared. We searched the lot and the surrounding areas to find we were completely alone.

Several years ago. Summer rental backbone area. Walking with wife and dogs. Saw in a field off the road what we thought were a few children playing. As we got closer they seemed to just disappear. Walked into the field dumbfounded.
