I live on the Rice Rips Road in the old brick building built in the early 1800s. My fan has gone off and on along with my lights. My cats chirp and meow at our walls (and it creeps me out because I know animals have a sixth sense).

One night I was woken up abruptly by a strange feeling. I heard heavy footsteps of a man in boots coming up the stairs. I courageously went towards the noise. My bedroom is off of an old room that used to be the servants quarters.

When we moved in there were stains on the wall and ripped wallpaper everywhere. Anyways I went toward the noise and couldn't open my door. It appeared to be locked or there was someone resisting the door but there was no lock on the door.
The next morning the door opened no problem. There is writing in my closet and also the word 'die' etched in cement in my basement along with a creepy triangle symbol.
