Hello my name is Kayla. I have added mine and my cousin Kristan's story to here in July of 2013. Things have continued, and I recently got a new computer. I have been writing down things that have happened to me in my house. Many more strange things have happened, but I suppose I will start from the start.
I have always been able to sense ghosts ever since I was little. My mom told me, and I faintly remember sitting in my room and playing with a spirit that I cannot remember his or her name. Before my old house was a house. It was a school but before that it was the first meeting house of Athol back when it was called piquing. The janitor killed a young girl in the boiler room when it was a school. When I was about 4 and a half my mother went to shower. I remember seeing a black mass go towards the bathroom. Then I ran to the bathroom. As my mom came running out, I told her that the black man behind her was going to kill her. She turned around to find nothing at all.

Then I kept seeing a little girl, but no one in my house believed me because my house is filled with non believers of spirits and such things as that. When we moved the whole thing with Kristan went down. Things died down a bit after that. I didn't see anything for about a year and a half, but I continued to hear things. The door to our hutch in the living room would always open. We moved it and taped it shut. I would hear heavy boot footsteps up and down my stairs.

One night over summer break a friend of mine who wants her name to be kept hidden slept over. We were sitting in my room when we heard a very loud bang. I thought it maybe my dad as he sometimes cannot sleep and makes himself tea at night. But then about 5 minutes later there was a second loud bang. I grabbed a flashlight and went downstairs to find there was nothing, not a pan on the floor nor a person there. When I went to go back upstairs there was a little girl standing there, but she vanished. After I got into my room I sat on my bed and told my friend there was nothing there. Then we heard again heavy boots coming up the stairs.
My room is normally really hot in the summer I was sweating, and then got extremely cold. Just as I began to get cold I heard a girl yell no, and I got really hot again. I will add that my bed was in the same spot that we captured the girl on video. I talked to my aunt, and she said that the little girl who was killed in the boiler room may have connected herself to me. The man that did these things to her killed himself soon after.
I have a thought that maybe she was protecting from the man that did these things to her or maybe another ghost. There are many houses near mine, and a paranormal team came for the ''man in a ''top hat. '' I sadly do not know anything about that. Thank you for reading.
