There used to be a zoo in Auburndale when I was young, long time ago. The zoo was haunted by a kid who was killed by an animal. He would show up at random and disappear in a flash, one second appearances. I wonder if he's still there where the zoo used to be.
Keep in mind the zoo has been shut down for decades, don't know what's there now or if the ghost is still there.
