Does anyone have any history of the house on 1651 south Street? Weird things happen here quite often.

This has been happening since Quabbin High School first opened (1967?). The first homecoming was that year and on the way home from the dance someone crashed (DUI). It is said that on that night (nov 1) every year this boy walks up and down the road that Quabbin is on and he walks through the school and the grounds.
My friend said that he saw this boy in the bathroom during the dance and later walking down the road all bloodied up but then he disappeared. I have personally seen the boy sitting on the sidelines during the dance.

He's about 5'11 and he has sandy brown hair and tan skin. The teachers hate talking about it and same with the locals but the students occasionally bring it up.

I live in Barre. We used to live in this house on South Barre Rd. When we first moved here the previous owners said they saw small black shadows walking around like children or something. I never saw anything and wasn't worried about it. I've been here four years. Then just recently a couple months ago something strange happened. I was in my bedroom and saw a black mass run from the closet to the door real quick. Then it was gone. I wasn't scared but surprised. Then I remembered what the old tenants told us. So I'm a little freaked. But that's all. If it would be something that would harm us then I'd be scared and worried. But it was cool to see something like that.
