I have been attending Community Zen since 2023 on Fridays 11. 30 am - 1 pm in the Barnet gallery at Beverly public library in Beverly, MA. It is led by Reverend Myozen Joan Amaral the founder of the Zen center of the north shore. Friday, 16th of May 2025 there was a book sale in the Barnet gallery. Our location was changed to the Beverly common gazebo across the street. I walked up the stairs and sat on the floor on the right. My husband George sat next to me. There were 11 other participants in the class. I saw a large hand coming towards me which pushed me over the ledge. I heard voices calling my name and felt hands coming to pick me up. I had landed on my right shoulder, and my head was on the grass. I was not hurt. I spent the rest of the class resting and up to today going over and over again in my head exactly where that large outstretched hand came from wearing a white robe.
