There was a murder down at Breakwater Beach in the 1950s or 1960s. A young man was stabbed and left for dead on the beach one night. When he was found in the morning he was still alive but unconscious and he died later in the hospital but he never woke up so they never found out who did it.
Ever since then you can see the ghost of the young man down at the beach at night. He shows up as a dark silhouette walking slowly along the beach. If you approach

him he dissolves into thin air. If you do see him just observe him from a distance.
He doesn't seem to like it if people approach him.
