The old limestone quarry is haunted so be careful going there. It was my grandfather who first told me about this when I was a kid. He told me that when he was a kid they used to sneak up on this ghost that would be there.
They had to be really careful not to disturb him because as soon as they were noticed the ghost would vanish. The ghost was someone who was killed there in an accident long ago. I always though my grandpa's story was made up to entertain us grandkids but I've been hearing the same thing from other people as well including a reputable ghost hunter.
