We lived on Hobart Street next to the soccer field. Our first encounter which made us come to the realization that the apartment was haunted, was on a Sunday morning. My husband and I were sleeping, and both were woken up hearing footsteps coming from our infant daughter's room, but no one was there. Then it started. My baby was terrified to sleep in her room, and one night when she 11 months old she was screaming. I went in to get her, and there was an old man, sitting on the floor at the foot of her crib with a blanket over his shoulders. He was dark grey, like a shadow. When I blinked he was gone.
There were nights that I'd go to get the baby ready for bed, and when I leaned over her to dress her, the lights would go out (total darkness. ) Then after about five seconds, they'd come back on. We would hear things hit the floor in her nursery, but when we went in her room nothing was out of place. She must have seen 'him' when she was about 10 months old. She was crying, and when I went in to check on her I asked what was wrong. She pointed over my shoulder with her chubby little finger and said 'No, mama. No. ' I picked her up and took her in the room with me. She was afraid to be left alone in a room.
We would see shadows moving in the apartment. I would sense him watching me. The last night spent in that apartment was when she fell out of her crib at 11 months old, onto the floor. Her crib had been moved into our room for safety, and she was small enough she could not climb out. We left that apartment the next morning. When we went back after a day or two, my father carried her into the apartment. I was leading the way. She burst into tears, and cried ''no, papa. No. '' He looked at me and said ''this baby is not staying here. '' At that point he left and took the baby home. I packed bags, and my family and I moved out and moved on. There was so much more that took place in that apartment. I confronted the owner. He was not surprised by my questions. As far as I know he sold that house, and I'm not sure if anyone has ever spent much time in that second floor apartment.

Yo! I was partying with some friends up at the Rebecca nurse house ( in the woods behind the barn). We had lit a small camp fire, and we were drinking a little. No lie we all saw a white thing flying by the rear side of the barn. We ran out of there as fast as we could. Scared the daylights out of us. Lol.
