Right in the middle of Dover where the old railroad tracks go through a small grassy area you can sometimes see a ghost standing on the old tracks. He was killed by a train there back when there was a train running on the tracks.
I have seen him a couple of times and supposedly if you try to touch him he will vanish before you reach him and you will feel a small electric shock when you reach for where he would be if he hadn't vanished.
