3 of my close friends and I had an encounter on Web Street (the big hill by Weymouth Landing). This was about two years ago but I remember it was around Halloween time because we were on our way home from Barrett's Haunted Mansion.
All of my friends saw the same thing as me but this is my point of view. I was in the backseat passenger side but kind of in the middle as I was conversating with my friends on the front. We were just ascending up web Street

from the bottom.
As we reached the first peak we began to see a kind of faint green fog hovering the peak of the right side of the road. My friend

continued driving. As we got closer the fog took form of a woman dressed as though she was from the 1800s or early 1900s.
She was pushing a carriage across the street from right to left. As we got real close she turned her head immediately at us, then got hit with the right front corner of the car. She then dispersed back into fog and disappeared.
It freaked all of us out. We stopped about 6 driveways up to discuss what we had just seen. We were
