I lived on Wanders Drive in Hingham about 20 years ago. I am sure that house was haunted but never fully found anything out about who or why. I experienced glowing lamps and shaking rooms. The area surrounding the house is where Wompatuck State Park used to be. If anyone had any information are interesting historical tidbits that may be related, I would love to know!. Submitted by LK

My grandparents bought there home on cottage Street in the 1950s. They resided there until the early part of 2002 until my grandmother passed away. My grandfather remarried, and then sold my grandmothers beloved home.

I stayed there many summers; it is very haunted. I had reoccurring nightmares about a woman in the wall. One night while I was home alone I saw the woman walk down the hallway upstairs. I freaked out I went to my friends house and stayed there the rest of the night. Many other things happened in the house such as all the faucets running when we came home and a ghostly dog who may have been my grandmother's dog taffy. Submitted by N
Comment by Cynthia: Would you mind sharing the Cottage St address? I am considering buying a home on that street and want to be sure it isn't one and the same.. Thanks. Please email to 2findacure @gmail .com.
