I'm what you call a sensitive and every time I walk by the Pemberton Mill on Canal St I hear screams and crashing. I smell smoke and hear bells ringing. It's such a heavy feeling it's insane. I don't know if the mill itself is haunted but because of the horrific Pemberton Mill disaster and the incredible loss of life that day I think because of my abilities I can sense the unrest and pain of these poor people.

Comment by Nikki: Omg me too, I pass by on my way to my appointments several times a month. I smell the smoke, see people in the windows, and also see a woman who says her name is Margret. I've been looking for others like me who are sensitive, gifted, mediums, psychics, what ever one will call it. It's nice to know that my sister and I aren't the only ones who noticed.
I also have a few eerie photos taken by the mill.

I lived right next to a graveyard, I would hear strange banging noises from the cubby space. Once I saw a really dark mist pass by.
