I have property in Florence and the building we own is a very old piece of property. In the late 1800s there were two tragic accidents that occurred where two men lost their lives. I have sensed a man in the basement but have not seen him.
On many occasions though this man has been heard walking. One night very late my husband was working in the basement in a room and heard someone walking toward him. He thought it might have been me coming to get

him so he walked out of the room to find no one there.
He is a skeptic so he found this to be very strange. In this building on the second floor the

apparition of a woman in 1800s period clothing has been seen looking out of the window by several people.

Comment by Jackie: We used to rent an apartment in a very old house in Florence, and I always sensed a weird presence there from the night we moved in. It was the Sam Hill house at Maple and Pine. Any chance that's the house you own?.
