On Dover Street across from where there is a post office today a bit into the woods there was a small cabin many years ago. There's no trace of it any more except for the haunting that was the result of how the cabin disappeared.
The cabin burned down a hundred-and-something years ago and an old woman was trapped by the fire and couldn't get out and burned to death. If you go to where the cabin was and try to light a flame like a lighter or a match

it'll blow right out.
If you stand on top of where the cabin was it's impossible to light a flame. You can find the location by walking over it with

a lit candle. When the candle blows out you know you found it if you can't light it again.
It's right across the street from the post office near the edge of a small swamp about a hundred paces from the street.
