One night I was in my bed when there was a loud yell followed by a bang. It sounded similar to a 21 gun salute or multiple muskets that all fired one shot at the same moment. If you have ever been to a patriots game or a parade you know what I mean.
So after hearing that I found it weird that at 1 in the morning I would hear that. Moments later I heard the sound of a single drum being played. At that time I decided to look out my window that faces

Main Street and what I saw was amazing, the once paved road was now a dirt road with men in muskets walking down it toward Townsend.
I know I was not

dreaming because I was still texting my friend and watching old Whose Line is it Anyway episodes. I remained awake for another hour when I heard the guns being fired off again but from a farther distance.

I opened the door to an apartment I was looking to rent the air was still the Interior was painted in dark colors and even though the place is only 100' from the main road it was deathly quiet inside.
