I lived on Claxton Street in Roslindale in an apartment with my 3 boys. During the 11 years that I lived there my children and I experienced all types of paranormal activities, from violent attacks to full body apparitions to poltergeist. You name it, we had it. Some of the apparitions were children. These were harmless little things like playing pranks, moving things around and putting them in other places. The activity was usually accompanied by a little giggle. These I didn't mind too much because they never caused harm. But there was this one, the huge dark shadow.
The dark shadow one was violent towards me and scared the hell out of me. I would wake up with deep scratches all over me. It would pin me down on my bed and did not allow me to move. I had a priest come over to bless my home, but that only made things worse. When I had enough money to move I got my kids and myself the hell out of there. I left that place 4 years ago and from my understanding the landlords are never able to rent the apartment out for more than a month or two.

I live on poplar Street. One night I heard sounds in the kitchen. I thought it was my cat making a mess. I went out to the kitchen and turned on the light. There stood an old woman in torn clothing. I thought it was a homeless person breaking into my house so I screamed for my husband to call the police.
Then she just faded away. I really hope I scared her off because I really don't want her in my house again. I realize that it might be someone who called this house her home at some point in the past but it's my house now and she scared the hell out of me.
