had become frightened and paralyzed by an apparition that approached him in bed and leaned over him and stared at him. He was trying to alert me, but

he could not move. The next day I told him about my experience. We decided that whatever the entity was it was perhaps just checking us and making its presence known. We had no further visits while we lived on Springfield Street, and we moved to California soon thereafter. The building was later torn down and is now a parking lot.
