When the ghost / entity was upstairs I heard a door shut and I freaked out went to the bathroom peed quicker than I ever did in my entire life got in my bed pulled the covers over my head and couldn't sleep without a sleeping eye mask for the next three months in fear of seeing what I saw again.
The months surrounding that incident leading up to and after I would feel my bed shake not levitate or shake violently but kind of wobble. For a while I thought

it was all in my head until it happened more frequently.
I told my mom about it and she said that it was an old house and that it was probably just

the foundation of the house but I've laid in bed during the day playing video games doing my hw hanging out and what not and it only happened at night. I asked my sisters if their beds shook at all and not one of them answered yes so I knew it was paranormal.
Another incident that happened while I was living there is now the reason why I am petrified of spiders. One night again I was 12 years old it was the middle of the summer and all of a sudden
