In 1995 we sold our summer place in Dennisport and our home in Natick and moved to south Dennis right near Follins pond. We bought a house on Follins bay Rd. I had just got out of the navy and moved home because my mom was very sick.
They bought a house where I converted the basement into a studio apt for myself and my mom and dad lived upstairs. On new years eve Dec. 31 1995 my mom died at Leonard Morse hospital in Natick. This was more than I

could handle really as I had lost my only sibling my little sister Gayle in 1984.
January 6th would have been my moms 62nd birthday so it was a sad

day. That night as I was drifting off to sleep I felt someone sit on my bed. As this happened a peace came over me. Next I could smell my mom.
I turned and looked and my mom was sitting there! She looked alive as she put her hand on me. She said to cheer up and one day she will see me again. She had not seen my sister yet but hoped to soon.
As she said she loved me and to take care of my dad, she faded off. I fell right asleep. I saw her twice
