My mom had recently passed away, and after a few days of dealing with the specifics of the medical examiner and funeral home procedures, I finally got around to getting over to my mother's employer to clean out her belongings. The door to enter the building was from the employee parking lot, so when you walked into the building the employee time clock was right there. As I walked into the building, my eyes adjusted. was standing in the same aisle I was in looking right at me. She wore her eyeglasses around her neck and was wearing her ''luck of the Irish'' sweatshirt.

I stopped dead in my tracks and stared at her for a good five or so seconds before she walked down the far aisle she was next to.
I ran from the time clock across the building to the aisle I had just seen her at, and she was gone. I stood there and looked around, and none of the other women there working were even dressed like the clothes I had just seen my mother wearing.
