Down by the water at the Sandwich road bridge. I don't know if that's the actual name of the bridge but Sandwich road goes across it, but that is not important. Near that bridge is a white building that I often drive by.
It's not an extraordinary building by any standards. It's quite plain looking actually. It stands there all alone you can't miss it. In front of that building I sometimes see a middle aged woman who is only visible from about the

waist up.
She wears very old fashioned clothing. Wondering if others have seen her as well?.
