Fast forward to present day, we were all sitting in our living room downstairs watching TV one night with our now four year old daughter and her younger sister (now two.) Our current two-year-old turned and looked at the doorway to our living room and said to us, ''mommy, that lady looks like you.'' We asked her who and told her to point to the lady. She pointed to the doorway and turned to us and said ''who is that lady standing there?''

one of the previous owners (male) passed away in our living room on the same day (within an hour or two) as his wife who passed in the hospital. Apparently

he had not even known yet that his wife passed. I have confirmed this with at least two previous neighbors. I have had a strange feeling in the doorway of our living room, especially in the middle of the night, but that could be anything.

Comment by Chris: I left this comment 3 years ago. Since that time I ran into the previous owner and mentioned these happenings. She has 3 now grown children -one of whom when around my children's age would see and hear someone in our upstairs hallway and bedroom.
Additionally she would hear a crinkling bag sound in the bedroom.
